                                                                                                <abstract><p>İşletmeler için kalifiye elemanların işe alınması ve verimli bir şekilde çalışmalarını sürdürmesi önem arz etmektedir. Aynı şekilde çalışan için de iş yerinde adaletli bir ortamının olması onların çalışmaktan memnun olmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu araştırmada etkileşimsel adaletin iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel çekiciliğin aracı rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler Niğde ilinde bulunan hastanelerde çalışan 413 kişiden elde edilmiştir. Verilere ilişkin güvenilirlik geçerlilik analizleri yapılmış ve ardından hipotezler test edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda etkileşimsel adaletin iş tatmini üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca etkileşimsel adalet ve iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel çekiciliğin aracı rolü tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile sağlık sektöründe etkileşimsel adalet, iş tatmini ve örgütsel çekicilik arasındaki ilişkiye farklı bir bakış açısı katılmıştır. Araştırmanın sadece Niğde ilinde yapılmış olması araştırmayı kısıtlamıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>It is important for businesses to recruit qualified personnel and to operate efficiently. Likewise, having a fair environment in the workplace for the employees ensures that they are satisfied with their work. In this study, it is aimed to examine the mediating role of organizational attractiveness in the effect of interactional justice on job satisfaction. The data were obtained from 413 people working in hospitals in the province of Niğde. Reliability and validity analysis of the data was made and then the hypotheses were tested. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, it has been determined that organizational attractiveness plays a mediating role in the relationship between interactional justice and job satisfaction. With this study, a different perspective was added to the relationship between interactional justice, job satisfaction and organizational attractiveness in the health sector. The fact that the research was conducted only in Niğde province is a limitation of the research.</p></trans-abstract>
