                            <p>Sonyıllarda Türkiye’de kurulan üniversite sayısında gözlenen önemli artış,dikkatleri, genç bireyleri profesyonel kariyerlerine hazırlamaya yardımcıolmaktan sorumlu akademisyenler üzerinde yoğunlaştırmıştır. Fakülte yönetiminindaimi desteğine ihtiyaç duyan üstün yetenekli akademisyenlerin görevlerindekalıcılıklarının sağlanması, yükseköğrenim kuruluşlarının uzunca bir süredir esashedefi haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda, akademisyenlerin örgütsel bağlılık, iştatmini ve işten ayrılma niyeti düzeylerini etkilemesi bakımından fakülteüyeleri arasında örgütsel adaletin sağlanması başlıca sorunlardan biri olarakgündeme gelmektedir. Örgütsel davranış bağlamında, bu çalışmanın asıl amacı;örgütsel adaletin ve örgütsel bağlılığın, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyetiüzerindeki etkilerini bir vakıf üniversitesinde görevli 235 akademisyendenoluşan bir örneklem üzerinde incelemektir. Bu çalışma, akademik personelinörgütsel adalet algılarının artması durumunda örgütsel bağlılık ve iş tatminidüzeylerinin artarken işten ayrılma düzeylerinin ise azaldığını ortayaçıkarmaktadır. Bu çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler, SPSS 25 paket programıile analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında frekans, korelasyon ve regresyonanalizlerini kapsayan nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden yararlanılmış olup;çalışmada kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenilirliği, Cronbach alfa güvenilirlikkatsayıları ile doğrulanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile örgütsel adaletin; örgütselbağlılık, iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma gibi çalışanların esenliğinin önemligöstergesi olan temel örgütsel davranışlar üzerinden akademik personelingörevlerinde kalıcı olma oranına nasıl doğrudan etki ettiğine yönelik ayrıntılıbir kavrayış sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Over the last couple of decades, surge in thenumber of universities established in Turkey has become significant which leadsto increased attention to the faculty members responsible for helping youngindividuals prepare for their professional career. The retention of high-skilledacademic staff seeking continual and frequent support from the facultymanagement has long been a central objective of the institutions involved inhigher education system. Within this respect, facilitating organizationaljustice among faculty members appears to be one of the prime issues due to itsimpact on their levels of organizational commitment, job satisfaction andturnover intention. From an organizational behavioral context, the majorpurpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational justice andorganizational commitment on job satisfaction and turnover intention in asample consist of 235 academicians of a foundation university. The studyreveals that the levels of organizational commitment and job satisfaction ofthe academic staff may increase while the level of turnover intention maydecrease when their perception on organizational justice increases. Dataobtained from this study were analyzed by SPSS 25 package software. Thequantitative research methods including frequency, correlation and regressionanalyses were utilized and the reliability of the scales was validated throughCronbach&#039;s alpha reliability coefficients in this study. The study aims toprovide an extensive understanding on how organizational justice directlyimpacts retention rates of the academic staff through essential organizationalbehaviors such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnoverintention which are critical indications of employee well-being.</p></abstract>
