Ekonomik gelişme ve kalkınmanın sağlanabilmesi amacına yönelik olarak kadın girişimciliğinin teşvik edilmesi gerekliliği tüm dünyada kabul edilen bir gerçektir. Bununla birlikte kadınların girişimci olmasını etkileyen sosyal ve ekonomik birçok engel söz konusudur. Bu engellere rağmen, kadınları destekleyen ve teşvik eden birçok kamu kurum ve kuruluşu, sivil toplum kuruluşları ve uluslararası kuruluşlar da bulunmaktadır. KOSGEB de bu kurum ve kuruluşlardan biri olarak kadın girişimcileri desteklemektedir. KOSGEB tarafından kadınlara yönelik birçok destek türü bulunmakla birlikte bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’de kadın girişimcilerin desteklenmesinde KOSGEB’in rolünü KOSGEB desteklerinden, “Girişimcilik Destekleri” çerçevesinde değerlendirmektir. Çalışma derleme ve doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak düzenlenmiştir. Üst doküman belgelerinde yer alan kadın girişimcilere yönelik hedefler kapsamında KOSGEB’den alınan sayısal veriler üzerinden değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
The fact that encouraging women entrepreneurship is essential to ensure economic development is very well known. However, there are many social and economic barriers before women entrepreneurs. Despite the obstacles, there are many public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations and international organizations that support and encourage women. KOSGEB supports women entrepreneurs as one of these institutions. Although there are many types of support for women by KOSGEB, the purpose of this study is; to evaluate the role of KOSGEB in supporting women entrepreneurs in Turkey within the framework of “entrepreneurship supports” from KOSGEB supports. The study is organized using the compilation and documenter view method. As part of the goals for women entrepreneurs contained in the top documents, the assessment was made based on quantitative data obtained from KOSGEB.
