The aim of this study is to develop a scale which measures the medical faculty students' attitudes towards the medical biochemistry lesson. An item pool which consists 51 items was created. After a careful examination 34 of them were estimated as draft scale.The draft scale was conducted with 161 medical faculty students in Gaziosmanpaşa University during 2014-2015 academic year. 14 items were decided to be excluded, and three dimensions were determined. Out of 20 items in the final form, 9 items were in "Importance", 7 items were in "Interest", and 4 items were in "Satisfaction" dimensions. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the scale was estimated to be 0.909. Bu çalışmanın amacı tıp fakültelerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin Tıbbi Biyokimya dersine ilişkin tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla ölçek geliştirilmesidir. Öğrencilerin bu derse olan tutumlarını belirlemek için 51 maddelik bir madde havuzu hazırlanmış, yapılan inceleme sonunda hazırlanan bu maddelerin 34'ünün taslak bir ölçek olarak uygulanmasının uygun olacağı belirlenmiştir. Taslak ölçek 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Tıp fakültesinde öğrenim gören 161 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan 14 maddenin ölçekten çıkarılmasına ve ölçeğin 3 boyuttan oluşmasına karar verilmiştir. 20 maddelik nihai ölçeğin 9 maddesinin önem, 7 maddenin ilgi ve 4 maddenin ise memnuniyet alt boyutunda olduğu görülmüştür. Geliştirilen ölçeğin Cronbach alfa güvenirlik katsayısı 0.909 olduğu görülmüştür. Bu bulgular ölçeğin tıp fakültesi öğrencilerinin Tıbbi Biyokimya dersine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmede güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir.
