Abstract

Abstract

Job satisfaction is the sum of the reactions or feelings of the employee towards his job. The perception of organizational justice, on the other hand, expresses how fair the behaviors and practices of the employees in the organization are. Organizational justice is evaluated with distributive, procedural and interactional justice dimensions. Job satisfaction is evaluated with internal and external satisfaction dimensions. In this study, the literature review conducted to explain the perception of job satisfaction and organizational justice and the results of the organizational justice perceptions and job satisfaction research conducted on the manufacturing industry employees operating in Zonguldak regarding the relationship between these two variables are included. Questionnaire technique was used to collect data on the subject. Scales related to demographic characteristics of employees, organizational justice and job satisfaction were included in the survey. 150 people voluntarily participated in our survey, 118 of them were used. As a result of the research, it was seen that there is a linear and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational justice. It is seen that the perception of organizational justice affects job satisfaction with all its sub-dimensions.
