                                                                                                <abstract><p>Buaraştırmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin algıladıkları kariyer engelleri ve cinsiyetinbirlikte kariyer uyumluluklarını yordayıp yordamadığını belirlemektir. Bu araştırmadaüniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer uyumluluklarının kariyer karar verme durumlarınagöre incelenmesi de amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmagrubu 190 (%53,4) kadın, 166 (%46,6) erkek olmak üzere toplam 356 üniversite öğrencisindenoluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler Algılanan Kariyer Engelleri Ölçeği (AKEÖ,Sürücü, 2011), Kariyer Uyum Yetenekleri Ölçeği (KUYÖ, Büyükgöze Kavas, 2014) veKişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verileri çözümlemek için ÇokluDoğrusal Regresyon Analizi ve bağımsız gruplar t testi kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın bulguları üniversite öğrencilerinin algıladıkları kariyerengellerinin ve cinsiyetin birlikte kariyer uyumluluğu toplam puanını (% 12) vealt ölçeklerini (İlgi; %19, Kontrol; %5,9, Merak; %11,4, Güven; %14,6) yordadığınıgöstermiştir. Sonuçlar, ilgili literatüre dayanılarak tartışılmış, araştırmanınsınırlılıkları, teoriğe ve pratiğe yönelik katkıları sunulmuştur. Gelecektekariyer psikolojik danışmanlığı ve rehberliği alanında yapılacak teorik veuygulamalı araştırmalara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.</p></abstract>
