Abstract

During the last decade, number of peach trees and production in the Tokat has been changing gradually. These changes have significantly influenced fruit industries. The aims of this study are to determine the cost of peach production and establishment period. This study has been used farm data of peach producers from Kazova farms. The cost of peach production was found 126 000 Turkish Liras per Kg and relative benefits 1.12

Şeftalinin Fiziki Üretim Girdileri ve Maliyeti (Tokat -Kazova Yöresi)

Abstract

Tokat Kazova yöresi son 10 yılda şeftali üretiminde önemli gelişmeler yaşanmıştır. Bu gelişme, meyve sebze işleme sanayilerinin durumunu önemli ölçüde etkilenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı şeftali üretim ve tesis dönemi maliyetlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada Kazaova töresi tarım işletmeleri şeftali üreticilerinden elde edilen çiftlik verileri kullanılmıştır. Bir kg şeftalinin maliyeti 126 000 TL ve oransal (nispi) karı 1,12 olarak belirlenmiştir
