Bozuk Yol Verileri Kullanarak Bir Yaprak Yayın Yorulma Hayatının SEA ile Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araçlardaki yorulma kaynaklı hataları
genelde uzun zamanda yani yüksek km ler de ortaya çıkan, hem müşteri hem de
üretici firmanın karşılaşmak istemediği cidi bir kalite hatasıdır. Bu makale de
hafif bir ticari oto için üretici firma yakınlarında oluşturulmuş olan
güvenilirlik ve yorulma testleri parkurlarından en ağır olanının yol profil
karakteristiği ipli bir potansiyometre ile ölçümü ve kullanılabilir hale getirilmesi
için veri işlemesi yapılmıştır. Ardından sol arka yaprak yayının bilgisayar
programı ile modellenmesi, meshlenmesi, statik analizleri  ile  
yorulma analizinin Sonlu Elemanlar Analizi yöntemi vasıtasıyla
hesaplanması yapılarak bu yaprak yayın yorulma hayatının değerlendirilmesi
yapılmıştır.
