<p>The reconciliatory or irreconcilable quality of the industrial relations climate, the relations between the management and the organized union in the workplace, gives clues about the approaches of the parties to the existing or potential problems and their solution suggestions. The Covid-19 pandemic process has been a very important test on how industrial relations actors manage this process. The way governments, international and regional organizations, international and national enterprises, and national unions use the social dialogue mechanism to meet the problems in the labor market and what attitude they exhibit is closely related to the industrial relations climate. In this context, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the decisions and suggestions made by international and regional union organizations, international labor organization, and top union organizations in the national sense during the process of the Covid-19 pandemic within the framework of the industrial relations climate to go through this process with the least loss</p></trans-abstract>
