Çocuklarda Mukozit Yönetiminde Kanıt Temelli Uygulamalar

Year 2018, Volume: 7 Issue: 4, 128 - 133, 28.12.2018

Abstract

Çocuklarda Kanıta dayalı uygulamalar, son
bilimsel literatürün sağladığı sonuçlara ulaşarak hemşirelik uygulamalarının
standartlaşmasını sağlar. Çocuklarda Mukozit yönetiminde hemşirelik
uygulamalarında bakımın sonuçlarını iyileştirmek ve kalitesini yükseltmek,  hastanın memnuniyet düzeyini arttırmak ve verilen
hemşirelik bakımını standardize etmek yalnızca kanıta dayalı hemşirelik
uygulamalarıyla mümkündür. Bu derlemede, çocuklarda mukozit yönetiminde kanıt
temelli uygulamalar; sistematik derleme sonuçları, meta-analiz, randomize
kontrollü çalışmalar ve rehberler doğrultusunda ele alındı.  Uygulamalar olarak; Klorheksidin, Benzidamin
Hidroklorid, Sodyum Bikarbonat, Serum Fizyolojik, Kriyoterapi ve Bal başlıklar
altında tartışıldı. Çocuklarda mukozitin önlenmesinde ve tedavisinde
farmakolojik ve nonfarmakolojik uygulamaların kullanıldığı ancak mukozit
yönetiminde standart kabul edilen bir uygulamanın olmadığı görüldü.

Evidence Based Practices in Mucositis Management in Children

Year 2018, Volume: 7 Issue: 4, 128 - 133, 28.12.2018

Abstract

Blood-based
practices in children provide the standardization of nursing practices by
reaching the conclusions of the latest scientific literature. Improving the
quality of care and improving the quality of care in nursing practice in
children under Mukosit administration, increasing the level of patient
satisfaction and standardizing the nursing care provided is only possible with
blood based nursing practices. In this review, evidence-based practices in
mucositis management in children; were handled in the direction of systematic
review results, meta-analysis, randomized controlled trials and guidelines. As
applications; Chlorhexidine, Benzidamine Hydrochloride, Sodium Bicarbonate,
Saline, Cryotherapy and Honey were discussed under the headings. It has been
observed that pharmacological and non-pharmacological applications are used in
the prevention and treatment of mucositis in children, but there is no standard
practice in mucositis management. not be included.
