                            <p>Postpartum anöstrüssüt sığırlarının doğum sonrasında kızgınlık döngüsünün görülmediği dönem olarakbilinir. Süt sığırlarında postpartum anöstürün uzaması üreme etkinliğinisınırlayan en temel etmenlerden biridir. Postpartum anöstrüs yetersiz beslenme,süt verimi ve çeşitli patolojik etmenler (kronik zayıf düşürücü hastalıklarveya uterus ve ovaryum hastalıkları) gibi pek çok faktörden kaynaklanmaktadır. Anöstrüsünengellenmesi uygun beslenme, tedavi yöntemleri (hormon muamelesi) ve yeterlisağlık tedbirlerinin alınmasıyla gerçekleştirilebilir. Anöstrüs’ün nedenini tamolarak anlayabilmek ve engelleyebilmek için, a) üremeyi etkileyen doğum öncesihastalıkların b) ovulasyon ile ilgili genlerin c) metabolik sinyaller ilenöroendokrin döngü arasındaki önemli bağlantı fonksiyonu gören bazı proteinlerin (leptin),anöstrüs üzerine olan etkilerinin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derlemedepostpartum anöstrüs ile ilgili ovaryum aktiviteleri üzerinde durulmuştur.&amp;nbsp;</p></trans-abstract>
