                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Amaç: Çalışmada etlik piliç karma yemlerine ilave edilen karotenoidlerin performans üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Materyal Metot: Bu amaçla 840 adet günlük yaşta Ross 308 erkek etlik civciv rastgele yedi gruba ayrılmıştır. Birinci grup; renk maddesi katkısı yapılmayan ve standart yemle beslenen kontrol grubu, ikinci grup; standart karma yeme 80 ppm likopen ilaveli, üçüncü grup; standart karma yeme 80 ppm lutein ilaveli, dördüncü grup; standart karma yeme 80 ppm zeaksantin ilaveli, beşinci grup; standart karma yeme 40 ppm likopen ve 40 ppm lutein ilaveli, altıncı grup; standart karma yeme 40 ppm likopen ve 40 ppm zeaksantin ilaveli, yedinci grup ise 40 ppm zeaksantin ve 40 ppm lutein ilaveli olacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir. Yem ve su ad-libitum olarak sunulmuştur. Bulgular: Etlik piliçlere ait canlı ağırlıklar, canlı ağırlık artışları, yem tüketimleri ve yemden yararlanma oranları, karkas ve karkas parça ağırlıkları (g) ve oransal değerleri (%), yenilebilir ve diğer iç organ ağırlıkları (g) ile oransal değerleri (%), sindirim sistemi organ ağırlıkları (g) ile oransal değerleri (%) ve kan parametreleri saptanmıştır. Sonuçlar: Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde renk maddelerinin ilavesi canlı ağırlık üzerine önemli farklılıklara neden olmuştur (P</p></abstract>
