The world economy grows with certain ratio in every year. Being parallel to this growth, large-scale projects are being applied. The preseni resources should be used more effectively in the defined time interval of the project. The project contractors among the competition environment are performing their duties more effectively by using project management methods. By making project planning, how to use the limited resources owned by the company director more effectively, who will be in charge ofwhich duty, their responsibilities, control opportunities will beputfonvard. in this study, it is tried to preseni what kind of advantages can beprovided by planning during the application of preseni numerical mapformation that will be carried out in Sivas-Kızılcakışla region. The workspace covers an area of 102 hectares formedfrom 92 hectares non-inhabited and 9 hectares inhabited areas. Since the study we carried out is the second study in the same region, the CPM method is used as the planning technigue due to not having any diffıculty in estimating the activity periods. The project that wouldfınish in 77 days by usingproject-planning technigue, fınished in 60 days in the numerical mapformation project of Sivas-Kızılcakışla town. By this way, it was putfonvard that the project could be fınished 17 days earlier and 679 737 000 TL cheaper.
