                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, siber zorbalık hakkında genel bir farkındalık oluşturulması ve siber zorbalıkla başa çıkma noktasında öz-merhametin önemli rolünün ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma yöntemsel olarak sistematik derleme şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sistematik derleme belirli bir konunun kavramsal çerçevede ve kuramsal bağlamda ele alınmasıyla yapılan bir değerlendirme çalışmasıdır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada öncelikle siber zorbalık kavramı ele alınmış ve siber zorbalığı önlemeye yönelik ortaya konulan çalışmalara değinilmiştir. Ardından siber zorbalık ve öz-merhamet kavramları birlikte ele alınarak alanyazındaki araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca öz-merhamet geliştirmeye yönelik mevcut uygulamalar sunulmuştur. Son olarak öz-merhametin siber zorbalığa karşı önleyici bir faktör olması açısından genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve bu bağlamda birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda siber zorbalığın küresel çapta bir sorun haline geldiği ve bu sorunun azaltılması ve önlenmesi noktasında bazı çözüm arayışlarının ortaya konulduğu anlaşılmıştır. Siber zorbalığı önleme açısından öz-merhametin etkili bir faktör olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak siber zorbalığı azaltma ve engelleme sürecinde bireylere öz-merhamet eğitiminin verilmesi gerektiği önerisi ortaya konulmuştur.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In this study, it is aimed to provide a general awareness about cyberbullying and to address the important role of self-compassion in coping with cyberbullying. Methodologically, the study was conducted as a systematic review. Systematic review is an evaluation study conducted by addressing a specific issue in a conceptual framework and theoretical context. Therefore, in this study, firstly, the concept of cyberbullying was discussed and the studies put forward to prevent cyberbullying were mentioned. Then, the concepts of cyberbullying and self-compassion were discussed together and the studies in the literature were included. In addition, existing practices for developing self-compassion are presented. Finally, a general evaluation was made in terms of self-compassion as a preventive factor against cyberbullying and some suggestions were made in this context. As a result of the evaluation, it was understood that cyberbullying has become a global problem and some solutions have been sought to reduce and prevent this problem. Self-compassion was found to be an effective factor in terms of preventing cyberbullying. As a result, it was suggested that self-compassion training should be given to individuals in the process of reducing and preventing cyberbullying.</p></trans-abstract>
