                                                                                                <abstract><p>Enerji ve Çevre konularında kararanalizi tekniklerinin kullanılması son yıllarda Yöneylem Araştırması literatüründesıklıkla karşımıza çıkan bir durumdur. Yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında, kararanalizi tekniklerinin özellikle elektrik enerjisi planlamasında kullanıldığı vebu alanda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarına olan ilginin gittikçe arttığıgözlemlenmektedir. Bu çalışma, karar analizinin güncel tekniklerinden olanELECTRE (Elimination and ChoiceTranslating Reality) ve PROMETHEE (PreferenceRanking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) yöntemlerininTürkiye enerji sektöründe uygulanmasını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, çeşitlihidroelektrik santral projelerinin ELECTRE yöntemi ile sıralandığı ve çeşitlirüzgar santrali projelerinin PROMETHEE tekniği kullanılarak sıralandığı ikiadet uygulama bulunmaktadır. Çalışma, Türkiye enerji sektöründe genelliklekarar vericinin yargısına yüksek derecede bağlı olan kararların, analitikyöntemler kullanılarak daha rasyonel bir şekilde alınabileceğini göstermekamacındadır.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</p></abstract>

                            <p>&amp;nbsp;The use of Decision Analysis techniquesin Energy &amp;amp; Environment issues has been encountered often in OperationsResearch literature recently. When we look at the studies, it is seen thatDecision Analysis techniques are especially used in electric energy planning.Also, it can be noticed that there is a growing interest on renewable energyresources.&amp;nbsp; This study aims to apply twocontemporary Decision Analysis techniques, ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Translating Reality) and PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method forEnrichment Evaluation) in energy industry of Turkey. In the study, thereare two applications. In the first application, various hydroelectric plantprojects are ranked using ELECTRE method. The second application ranks multiplewind plant projects using PROMETHEE technique. The study aims to present thatdecisions in the Turkish energy industry which are highly dependent on thejudgment of the decision maker, can be made in a more rational manner with theuse of analytical techniques. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</p></trans-abstract>
