Abstract
Birçok ilaç allerjik reaksiyonlara neden olabilmektedir ve bazen ölüme neden olmaktadır. Rejyonel
anestezik ilaçlar nadiren alerjik etkilere sahiptir. Regional anesteziklerin kullanım sıklığı artmaktadır
ve artan alerjik reaksiyon ve mortalite riski nedeniyle dikkatli olmak gereklidir. Bu olgu sunumunda
hiperbarik bupivakain ile regional anestezi uygulaması sonrası ortaya çıkan alerjik reaksiyona yaklaşımın
tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract
Many medications can cause allergic reactions and sometimes leads to death. Regional anesthetic drugs
has rare allergic effects. Increased use ofregional anesthetics and should be more careful because of the
increased riskof allergic reactionsand mortality. In this case report, we aimed to discuss approach to
allergic reaction occurring after the application ofregional anesthesia with hyperbaric bupivacaine.
