Abstract

 Enerji, modern ekonomilerin temel bir bileşenidir. İşleyen bir ekonomi, yalnızca emek ve sermayeye değil aynı zamanda üretim süreçleri, ulaştırma, iletişim, tarım ve daha fazlası için enerjiye gereksinim duyar. Ulusal Stratejik Enerji yönetimi prensipte, ülke kaynaklarının enerjinin temini, tedariki ve tahsisi anlamında verimli bir şekilde kullanılmasını sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Böylece enerji kaynaklarına ulaşım anlamında ülkenin mümkün olduğu ölçüde kendi kendine yeterli bir ülke konumuna ulaşmasının temini amaçlanmaktadır. Bunun için stratejik enerji yönetimi; enerji kaynaklarının çeşitlendirilmesi, enerji tüketiminin en verimli ve optimum bir şekilde planlanması, gelecekte ihtiyaç duyulacak enerji tüketimine uygun olarak gerekli projeksiyonların yapılması, ekonomik varlık ve enerji arasında makul bir denge tesis edilmesi ile ilgilidir. Küresel ısınma ve iklim değişikliği konuları da enerji politikaları kapsamında ve birlikte ele alınması gereken hususlardandır. Bu çalışmada, ulusal enerji yönetimi ile alakalı hususlar, dünya enerji tüketimi, enerji endüstrisi, enerji ve çevre, yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları bağlamında, stratejik yönetim bileşenleri üzerinden bütüncül bir bakış açısı ile açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır

National Energy Management

Abstract

Energy is an essential component of modern economies. A functioning economy requires not only labor and capital but also energy for all production processes such as, transportation, communications, agriculture and more. In principle, the national strategic energy management aims to ensure that the country's resources are used efficiently in terms of energy supply and allocation. Thus, it is aimed to ensure that the country becomes a self-sufficient country in terms of access to energy resources. For this reason, strategic energy management focuses on diversifying energy resources, planning energy consumption in the most efficient and optimum way, making necessary projections in accordance with the energy consumption that will be needed in the future, and establishing a reasonable balance between economic assets and energy. Global warming and climate change subjects are also very important issues that need to be addressed within the scope of energy policies. In this study, topics related to national energy management have been tried to be explained with a holistic perspective and in the context of world energy consumption, energy industry, energy and environment relations, renewable energy resources, and strategic management components.
