Geriatride Sosyal Değerlendirme ve Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanının Rolü

Abstract

Klinik ortamlarda yaşlı hastaların kapsamlı fonksiyonel değerlendirmesi, optimal klinik yönetim için gittikçe daha önemli hale gelmektedir. Kırılgan yaşlı hastalar, bazısı sıklıkla fark edilmeyen, birbiriyle ilişkili birden fazla sorunla karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kapsamlı geriatrik değerlendirmenin etkinliğine ilişkin pek çok çalışmadaki değerlendirme ekibinde, görevi temel olarak sosyal ve toplumsal yaşam ihtiyaçlarını tanımlamayı ve araştırmayı içeren bir sosyal hizmet uzmanı bulunmaktadır. Bu makale; yaşlı hastaların sosyal değerlendirmesini, bu değerlendirmede sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının rolünü, mikrososyal sorunların ya da sosyal fonksiyonların sağlık üzerindeki etkisini, resmi ya da gayri resmi sosyal ağların rolünü, sosyal desteği, sosyal izolasyonu, yalnızlığı incelemek amacıyla yazılmıştır.

Abstract

Eine umfassende funktionelle Beurteilung älterer Patienten im klinischen Umfeld wird für ein optimales klinisches Management immer wichtiger. Gebrechliche ältere Patienten haben mehrere zusammenhängende Probleme, von denen einige oft unbemerkt bleiben. An vielen Studien zur Wirksamkeit umfassender geriatrischer Einschätzungen ist ein Sozialarbeiter im Bewertung-Team beteiligt, dessen Rolle typischerweise darin besteht, die Bedürfnisse des sozialen und gemeinschaftlichen Lebens zu erkennen und anzugehen. Dieser Artikel wurde geschrieben, um die soziale Bewertung älterer Patienten, die Rolle von Sozialarbeitern bei dieser Bewertung, die Auswirkungen mikrosozialer Probleme oder sozialer Funktionen auf die Gesundheit, die Rolle formeller oder informeller sozialer Netzwerke, soziale Unterstützung, soziale Isolation, Einsamkeit.

Social Assessment in Geriatrics and the Role of the Social Worker

Abstract

A comprehensive functional assessment of elderly patients in the clinical setting is becoming increasingly important for optimal clinical management. Frail elderly patients have several interrelated problems, some of which often go unnoticed. Many studies of the effectiveness of comprehensive geriatric assessments involve a social worker on the assessment team, whose role is typically to identify and address the needs of social and community life. This article was written to study the social evaluation of elderly patients, the role of social workers in this evaluation, the impact on health of microsocial problems or social functions, the role of formal or informal social networks, social support, social isolation, loneliness.
