FİRMALARIN İHRACAT ENGELLERİ ALGISI VE İHRACAT PERFORMANSI

Abstract

İhracatın hem niteliksel hem de niceliksel gelişimi sadece destekleyici politikalara dayandırılmamalıdır. Devlet destek ve teşviklerinin rolü son derece önemlidir. Ancak firmaların herhangi bir ihracat girişiminde bulunmama nedenlerinin tespiti gereklidir. Dolayısıyla, ihracatı teşvik eden ve uluslararası rekabetçiliği yüksek bir ekosistem hedefleyen ülkelerin, “ihracat engellerini” sistematik bir biçimde analiz etmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu engeller sektörel, bürokratik ya da algısal olabilir. Ayrıca ihracat engelleri hiç ihracat yapmamış, ihracata yeni başlamış ya da düzenli ihracat yapan firmalar açısından da farklılaşabilmektedir. Bu çalışma farklı bölge ve ülkelerde farklı ürünlerin ihracatını yapan firmaların ihracat engellerini algılama biçimlerini karşılaştırılmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmada 2012 ve 2022 yılları arasında “Web of Science” veri tabanında yayınlanan araştırma makalelerinin içerik analizi yapılmaktadır. İhracat engellerine ait öncüllerin doğası ve etkileri araştırılarak değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmanın ihracat engellerinin sistematik bir biçimde ortaya konularak ülkelerin ihracat performanslarını yönetmeye yönelik politikalar geliştirilmelerine katkı sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca, bu konuda ileride yapılacak bilimsel araştırmalar için bütüncül bir literatür incelemesi sunmayı hedeflemektedir.
