<p>In this study determinants of Carry Trade investments in Turkey were examined. That’ s why the long-term relationship between the inflation difference, interest rate difference, S&amp;P 500, BIST100 variables and the net GDS stock data of foreign residents and stock stock data representing the Carry Trade transaction volume, whose effects on Carry Trade transactions are examined frequently in the literature by the The Johansen Cointegration Test, the causality relation was examined by Granger Causality Analysis. According to the results obtained with the Johansen Cointegration Test, it is seen that there is one cointegrated vectors between variables in both models. Therefore, it is possible to say that there is a cointegration relationship between the independent variables handled with HSS and between the independent variables dealt with DIBS.</p></trans-abstract>
