The purposeof this study was to develop the active learning tendency scale foracademicians. In this study, general survey method which is one of the methodsthat are often used especially to describe a situation to be searched withwider groups, was applied in the research. The study was conducted withacademicians in 2016-2017 academic years, autumn semester. The population ofthe research was Niğde University academicians. 126 academicians, who wereselected according to purposive sampling method, took part in the study. Asresult of the analyzing data, active learning tendencı scale for academicians whichhad 18 items contained one factor and these factors explained %40.17 of totalvariance were developed.
Buçalışmanın amacı öğretim üyelerinin derslerinde aktif öğrenmeyi kullanmaeğilimlerine yönelik bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu araştırmada, özellikle büyükgruplarda araştırılmak istenen bir durumu iyi derecede betimlemek amacıylasıklıkla kullanılan araştırma yöntemlerden biri olan genel tarama yöntemikullanılmıştır. Çalışma 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılının güz dönemindegerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini Niğde Üniversitesinde görev yapanöğretim üyeleri oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, örneklem belirlemeyöntemlerinden amaçlı örneklem yöntemine göre belirlenen 126 öğretim üyesioluşturmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda, 18 maddeden oluşan tek faktörlü, CronbachAlpha katsayısı .91, toplam varyansının yüzde 40.17’sini karşılayan aktiföğrenme eğilimi ölçeği geliştirilmiştir.
