Sezaryen Skar Gebeliğinin Sistemik Multidoz Metotreksat Protokolü İle Başarılı Tedavisi: Olgu Sunumu
Abstract
Ektopik gebeliğin nadir görülen formlarından biri olan sezaryen skar gebeliği, artan sezaryen oranları ile daha sık karşımıza çıkmaktadır. İlerleyen haftalarda uterin rüptür ve hemoraji gibi hayatı tehdit eden komplikasyonlara neden olduğundan erken tanı ve tedavisi önemlidir. Sezaryen skar gebeliğinin tedavisinde henüz standart bir tedavi yöntemi belirlenmemiştir. Hastanın vital bulguları, fertilite isteği, tedavi tercihi, anksiyete durumu göz önüne alınarak tedavi planlanmalıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda, 7 haftalık sezaryen skar gebeliği olan, cerrahi tedavi istemeyen olgunun yüksek ß-HCG değerlerine rağmen hemodinamisinin stabil olması nedeniyle sistemik multidoz metotreksat protokolü ile başarılı tedavi edilmesi tartışıldı.
