Abstract

Ce travail a mis l’accent sur les dysfonctionnements du territoire algérien et sur le déséquilibre alarmant caractérisant la répartition spatiale des activités et du peuplement. Notre contribution a présenté et a analysé la nouvelle politique algérienne d’aménagement du territoire et de rééquilibrage spatial, et plus précisément dans son Option Hauts Plateaux-Sud (O.HP-Sud) et son impact en termes de Développement Durable.

Abstract

Bu çalışma Cezayir topraklarındaki işlev bozukluklarını ve faaliyetlerin ve nüfusun mekânsal dağılımını karakterize eden endişe verici dengesizliği vurgulamaktadır. Katkımız yeni Cezayir bölgesel planlama ve mekansal yeniden dengeleme politikasını ve daha özel olarak Hauts Plateaux-Sud (O.HP-Sud) seçeneğini ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma açısından etkisini sunarak analiz etmektedir.

The Hauts Plateaux-Sud Option As a Tool for Sustainable Development in the Algerian Territory

Abstract

This work highlighted the dysfunctions of the Algerian territory and the alarming imbalance characterizing the spatial distribution of activities and population. Our contribution presented and analyzed the new Algerian regional planning and spatial rebalancing policy, and more specifically in its Hauts Plateaux-Sud (O.HP-Sud) option and its impact in terms of Sustainable Development.
