The Present cross-sectional survey study aims to examine, through a SEM approach, the relationship among self-efficacy perceptions for 21st century skills, teaching skills use and educational technology use of teachers. 438 Turkish primary school teachers participated in the study. A SEM approach revealed that Educational technology use is a significant predictor of 21st century teaching skills (TS) and self-efficacy perceptions of teachers for 21st century skills. Also, 21st century teaching skills (TS) are a significant predictor of self-efficacy perceptions for 21st century skills (SEP). Moreover, Educational technology use and 21st century teaching skills are significant predictors of self-efficacy perceptions for 21st century skills. It is considered that the results can contribute to studies regarding 21st century skills of primary school teachers and use of instructional technology.

Mevcut kesitsel tarama çalışması, YEM yaklaşımı aracılığıyla öğretmenlerin 21. yüzyıl becerilerine yönelik öz-yeterlik algıları, öğretim becerileri kullanımı ve eğitim teknolojisi kullanımı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmaya 438 Türk ilkokul öğretmeni katılmıştır. SEM analizi, eğitim teknolojisi kullanımının 21. yüzyıl öğretim becerilerinin ve öğretmenlerin 21. yüzyıl becerilerine yönelik öz yeterlik algılarının önemli bir yordayıcısı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca, 21. yüzyıl öğretim becerileri, 21. yüzyıl becerileri için öz-yeterlik algılarının önemli bir yordayıcısıdır. Ayrıca, Eğitim teknolojisi kullanımı ve 21. yüzyıl öğretim becerileri, 21. yüzyıl becerilerine yönelik öz-yeterlik algılarının anlamlı bir yordayıcısıdır. Elde edilen sonuçların, sınıf öğretmenlerinin 21. yy. becerileri ve öğretim teknolojisi kullanımına yönelik yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir.
