In this study, a solution was developed for the non-full rank model in one-way analysis of variance. A generalized inverse matrix and variance analysis was applied on the plum production amount per tree in 5 randomly determined districts of Bingol province. In the calculation of the analysis of variance, according to the linear model Y=Xβ+ε, the generalized inverse of the X'X matrix, which is not fully rank in the equation 〖β ^=(X^' X)〗^(-1) X'Y, was taken to estimate the β parameter. Analysis of variance was performed with the generalized inverse matrix. As a result of variance analysis, the difference between the amount of plum according to the districts was found to be significant (p<0.001). Dunn-Sidak test, one of the multiple comparison tests, was applied to determine between which districts the difference was.
