Ithenticate or Turnitin similarity Report should be at most 20%.

If your article is produced from your thesis, it should be stated that it is produced from the thesis with the footnote given to the title. The similarity rate in articles produced from the thesis cannot exceed 30%.

The author must make a publication ethics statement for the studies produced from the notification to be evaluated as research articles because republication (scientific misleading, multiple publications, duplication) is against publication ethics. Republication means submitting or publishing the same research results to multiple journals. Publications other than this are considered republication if an article has been previously evaluated and published.
