Abstract

Mediation tests define the relationship between the dependent and the independent variable in a situation appears to be no direct correlation between them. Firstly, theoretical knowledge is mentioned in this study. After that, 400 passengers use the Eskisehir Railway Station are conducted a questionnaire which was developed from Chou and Kim’s 2009 study. As a result of study, Image C is determined as a mediation variable between Technical Quality B and Satisfaction D and also Functional Quality A and Satisfaction D
