                            <p>In this study, the effect of wheat stem sawfly (Cephus pygmaeus L. (Hymenoptera:Cephidae)) damage on yield and yield components of some durum wheat genotypeshave been investigated. Studies were established in GAP InternationalAgricultural Research and Training Center in 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 years and12 durum wheat genotypes were tested. While infestation rate of sawfly wasfound as 4.08-11.87% in 2007-2008, this rate was found as 1.72-7.96% in2008-2009. Infestation rate of standard varieties such as Fuatbey-2000,Altıntoprak-98 and Sarıçanak-98 have been determined as 6.43%, 6.96% and 7.9%respectively in 2007-2008, while this rate decreased as 4.08%. 7.96% and 2.71% in2008-2009. Considering the low reduction rates of both number of grains perspike and infested plant rate of G7 genotype for two years. It can be used as asource of resistance source.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Buçalışmada Bölge Verim Denemesinde yer alan bazı durum buğday genotiplerinde ekinsap arısının (Cephus pygmaeus L.(Hymenoptera: Cephidae)) meydana getirdiği zarar durumu incelenmiştir. Denemeler.GAP Uluslararası Tarımsal Araştırma ve Eğitim Merkezi’nde (GAPUTAEM) 12 durumbuğday genotipi ile 2007-2008 ve 2008-2009 yetiştirme sezonlarında tesadüfblokları deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Ekin sap arısıile bulaşık bitki oranı 2007-2008 yılında %4.80-11.87 arasında yer alırken, denemeninikinci yılında %1.72-7.96 arasında yer almıştır. Standart çeşitlerden Fuatbey-2000,Altıntoprak-98 ve Sarıçanak-98’de bulaşıklık 2007-2008 yılında sırasıyla %6.43,%6.96 ve %7.94 olarak bulunurken, denemenin ikinci yılında ise %4.08, %7.96 ve%2.71 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bulaşık bitki oranı ve başakta tane sayısında(BTS) azalma oranı bakımından G7’nin her iki yılda da düşük değerlere sahipolması bu genotipin dayanıklılık kaynağı olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.</p></abstract>
