                            <p>This research is a case study that investigates the opinions of 18 teachers working at different teaching levels in public and private schools on work motivation factors. Participants were determined using the maximum variation sampling method. The research data were obtained through the semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, content analysis, and continuous comparison technique. The results of the research show that teachers are particularly driven by extrinsic motivation. At this point, attitudes, and behaviors of school administrators, students, parents, and colleagues, and existing educational policies significantly affect teacher motivation. These results indicate that a strong policy and stakeholder support are needed to ensure teacher motivation. In this context, it is recommended that subsequent studies examine teachers&#039; expectations from education stakeholders in depth and their possible effects on teacher motivation.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırma, kamu ve özel okullarda farklı öğretim kademelerinde görev yapan 18 öğretmenin iş motivasyon etkenlerine yönelik görüşlerinin incelendiği bir durum çalışmasıdır. Katılımcılar, maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz, içerik analizi ve sürekli karşılaştırma tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları; öğretmenlerin özellikle dışsal motivasyonun daha fazla etkisi altında oldukları göstermektedir. Bu noktada; mevcut eğitim politikaları, okul yöneticileri, öğrenciler ile velilerin ve meslektaşların tutum ve davranışları öğretmen motivasyonunu önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Elde edilen bu sonuçlar, öğretmen motivasyonun sağlanması için güçlü bir politika ve paydaş desteğine ihtiyaç duyduğuna işaret etmektedir. Bu bağlamda sonraki araştırmaların, öğretmenlerin eğitim paydaşlarından beklentilerini ve bunun öğretmen motivasyonu üzerindeki olası etkilerini derinlemesine incelemesi önerilmektedir.</p></abstract>
