Abstract
Neo-liberal ekonomik paradigma işgücü piyasalarında serbestliğe ve refah devletinin sosyal koruma ve yeniden bölüşüm politikalarını ortan kaldırmaya öncülük eden bir anlayışa sahiptir. Bu anlayış işgücü piyasalarında bir dizi yansımalara neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada neo-liberal politikaların işgücü piyasasına yansımaları ve bu yansımaların olumsuz sonuçları genelde dünya ve özelde Türkiye açısından değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışma masa başı ve kütüphane odaklı bir araştırmadır. Çalışmanın hazırlanmasında bu alanda yayınlanmış literatür referans olarak alınmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda neo-liberal ekonomi politikalarının işgücü piyasasında esnekleşme, küresel olarak işsizlikte yükselme, istihdamda formel sektörden informel sektöre kayma, geçici ve güvencesiz istihdamda yükselme, çalışma standartlarında gerileme ve ücretleri baskı altına alma dolayısıyla emeğin ulusal gelirden aldığı payda azalma gibi yansımaları bulunduğu gözlenmiştir.
