Çağdaş Türk şiirinin kurucuları Yahya Kemal ve Ahmet Haşim’dir. Yahya Kemal üzerinde pek çok kitap ve makale yazılmış, tezler yapılmış ve enstitü kurulmuştur. Yahya Kemal hem sanatçı hem de düşün adamıdır. Salt bir şair olan Ahmet Haşimise, akademik ve poetik çevreler dışında fazla ilgi çekmemektedir. Oysa Haşim, şiirsel imgelemi daha güçlü bir şairdir. Onun poetikası kendinden sonraki şairler ve şiir hareketleri üzerinde daha geniş bir geniş bir etki bırakmıştır. Bu çalışmada AhmetHaşim’in sanat dönemleri ve bu dönemlerinin özellikleri; etkilendiği edebiyat akımları, ütopyası, yitirilen cennet ve çocukluğa dönüş özlemi, anne imgesinin şiirindeki yeri, kadın görüşü, ulusal ve toplumsal sorunlar karşısındaki tutumu ve şiirinin yaşamsallığı açısından incelenmektedir.
Yahya Kemal and Ahmet Haşim are the founders of the modern Turkish Poem. Many books, articles and theses have been written and institutes have been opened about Yahya Kemal. Yahya Kemal is an artist and also an intellectual. Ahmet Haşim as a poet, is not very interested at nonacademic and non-poetic circle. But Haşim is a poet that has stronger poemic imagination. His poetica has been more effective in leaving a significant impact on the following people thanks to his poem motions. In this study, Ahmet Haşim’s art periods and characteristics of these periods, the perspective of literature currents that he was influenced by, his utopia, his lost paradise and his wish for turning back to childhood, the position of the mother image in his poem, the women image, his attitude about national and social problems and vitality of his poem are explored.
