Öncelikli hedefleri iktidarı kazanmak olan siyasipartiler, demokrasinin önemli aktörlerindendir. İktidar olmak için oy beklediğikitleye karşı çeşitli vaatlerde bulunan partilerin bu vaatleri âdeta anayasaniteliğinde olan parti programlarında yer alır. Programlar; toplu eylemplanlarını içeren, açık ve net şekilde hazırlanmış, kitlelere verilmiş sözlerbütününü oluşturan özgün ve kolektif çalışmanın ürünü belgelerdir. 21. yüzyılınsiyasi ve sosyal ortamı göz önüne alındığında ‘çevre’ ve ‘sürdürülebilirlik’parti programlarında yer alması gereken konuların başında gelir. Bu makalede,Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’nde grubu bulunan partilerin programlarında‘çevre’ ile ‘sürdürülebilirlik’ kavramlarının durum ve bağlamlarıincelenecektir. Araştırmada yöntem olarak ‘Literatür Taraması’ ve ‘SöylemAnalizi Tekniği’ uygulanmıştır.
Political parties whose primaryobjective is to come into power are significant actors of democracy. Parties makevarious promises to their voters to come into power and these promises areinvolved in the programmes of the parties which are almost like the constitution.The programmes are documents which are the production of the original andcollective work that include collective action plans, have been preparedclearly and openly and consist of the promises made to the voters. Consideringthe political and social environment of the 21st century; 'environment' and'sustainability' come at the forefront of issues that should be included in theprogrammes of the parties. This article will analyze the conditions and contextsof the concepts of 'environment' and 'sustainability' in the programmes of theparties that have a group in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. In the study,'Literature Review' and 'Discourse Analysis Technique' have been used as amethod.
