Abstract

Mustafa Kılıç, Kur’an Tilavetinde Usul ve Esaslar adlı eserinde Kur’ân okunuşu esnasında okuyucunun yaptığı hatalar ve bu hataların giderilmesi adına hangi yolların izleneceğini aktarmıştır. Yazar eseri iki ana bölümden oluşturmuş, ilk bölümde okuyucunun konuyu daha iyi anlayabilmesi adına “harfler” konusundan başlamıştır. Ardından mahreç, sıfat ve lahn konularıyla, sonrasında gelecek bölüm için alt yapı oluşturmuştur. Bu sırada geçmişten günümüze kadar Kıraat âlimlerinin belirlediği bazı okuyuş hatalarını ele alarak bunların izahını yapmıştır. Bu izahların hemen ardından hataların sebeplerini ve çözüm yollarını Kur’ân’dan örnek ayetlerle izah etmiştir. Genel olarak kültürümüzde tecvit denildiğinde ârızî sıfatlara indirgemek gibi bir yanlışın olduğu fakat bundan daha elzem olan mahreç ve lâzımî sıfatlar konusu olduğunun altını çizmiştir. Ve yine sıfat ve mahreç konusunun Kur’ân’ı doğru okuma noktasında ilk sırada yer aldığının altını çizmektedir. Yazarın bu konu üzerinde çokça durma sebebi tilavetin ibadet boyutuna da etki etmesidir. Nitekim yazar önsözün ilk cümlesinde: “Tilaveti ibadet olan Ku’ân’ın doğru okunması da önem arz etmektedir.” diye izah etmektedir. Teorik bilgileri anlaşılabilecek sadelikte anlatan yazar, ardından pratik yapma esnasında çokça yapılan hatalar üzerinden nüanslar vermiştir. Ardından Arap dilindeki harflerin sayısındaki ihtilaflara varıncaya kadar birçok konuyu izah etmiştir. Ortaya konulan ihtilaflar konusunda yazar genel kabul görenlerin yanında çok az taraftarı olan görüşleri dahi zikretmiştir. Tabi bunları zikrederken ihtilaf konularında savunulan görüş ve bu görüşe karşı olan alimlerin görüşlerini sarih bir şekilde ortaya koymuştur. Diğer taraftan yazar Kur’ân tilaveti sırasında “temsili kıraatin” önemine vurgu yapmaktadır. Tabi bunların hepsi bir araya geldiği zaman bir usul oluşacağı, bu usulün ise “fem-i muhsin” kişi olan hocadan alınması gerektiğini belirtmiştir. İkinci bölüm ise her harfin tüm yönüyle tanıtımı yapılmaya yapımlı ve bu konuda büyük başarı sağlanmıştır. Oluşturulan tablolar sayesinde ise okuyucunun daha rahat anlamasını hadeflemiştir. Dolayısıyla bu kitap, izlediği metot, kapsamlı içeriği ve sonuçları bakımından literatüre önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu değerlendirmede, Kılıç’ın Kur’an Tilavetinde Usul ve Esaslar isimli çalışması yöntem ve içerik olarak ele alınmış, yazarın yorumları ve ulaştığı sonuçlar incelenmiştir.

Procedures and Principles in the Quran

Abstract

Mustafa Kılıç, in his work called Methods and Principles in the Recitation of the Qur'an, conveyed the mistakes made by the reader during the recitation of the Qur'an and the ways to be followed in order to eliminate these errors. The author created the work in two main parts, and in the first part, he started with the subject of "letters" in order for the reader to understand the subject better. Then, with the topics of origin, adjective and lahn, he created the infrastructure for the next section. In the meanwhile, he dealt with some of the reading errors determined by the recitation scholars from the past to the present and explained them. Immediately after these explanations, he explained the reasons for the mistakes and the ways to solve them with example verses from the Qur'an. He underlined that, in general, when tajwid is mentioned in our culture, it is a mistake to reduce it to accidental adjectives, but that it is a matter of origin and necessary adjectives, which are more essential than that. And again, he underlines that the subject of adjectives and origin is in the first place at the point of reading the Qur'an correctly. The reason why the author dwells on this subject a lot is that the recitation also affects the worship dimension. As a matter of fact, the author states in the first sentence of the preface: "It is also important to read the Qu'an, whose recitation is worship." he explains. Explaining the theoretical information in an easy to understand manner, the author then gave nuances over the mistakes made during practice. Then, he explained many issues, including the conflicts in the number of letters in the Arabic language. Regarding the conflicts put forward, the author has also mentioned the views that have few supporters besides the generally accepted ones. Of course, while mentioning them, he clearly revealed the views defended on the issues of conflict and the views of scholars who were against this view. On the other hand, the author emphasizes the importance of "representational reading" during the recitation of the Qur'an. Of course, he stated that when all these come together, a method will be formed and this method should be taken from the "fem-i muhsin" person, the teacher. The second part should be made to introduce all aspects of each letter and great success has been achieved in this regard. Thanks to the tables created, it is aimed for the reader to understand it more easily. Therefore, this book makes an important contribution to the literature in terms of its method, comprehensive content and results. In this evaluation, Kılıç's work called Methods and Principles in the Qur'an Recitation was handled as method and content, the author's comments and the results he reached were examined.
