Türkiye, 2013 yılında “6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu” (“YUKK”) adıyla yeni bir kanun hazırlamıştır. YUKK’un idari yapıya ve personele ilişkin hükümleri, Kanun’un Resmî Gazete’de yayımlandığı 11 Nisan 2013 tarihinde; sınırdışına ilişkin mad- deleri de dahil diğer hükümleri ise 11 Nisan 2014 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiştir. YUKK’un 50-62. maddeleri, yabancıların sınırdışı edilmesine ilişkindir. Hazırlıkları on yılı aşkın bir süre devam eden ve 2014 yılında tamamlanan “Yabancıların Sınırdışı Edilmesine İlişkin ILC Kuralları”nı kapsayan çalışma, yabancıların sınırdışı edilmesiyle ilgili olarak milletlerarası hukuktaki güncel gelişmeleri yansıtan önemli bir metindir. Other articles of the LFIP including articles on expulsion of foreigners have been in force since 11 April 2014. Articles 52 to 60 of the LFIP are devoted to expulsion of foreigners from Turkey. ILC’s draft articles on the expul- sion of foreigners, whose drafting stage took over ten years, is the prominent instrument that reflect the current developments in international law.
