ENFLASYON, DÖVİZ KURU İLİŞKİSİ VE YANSIMA:TÜRKİYE THE RELATOINSHIP BETWEEN INFLATION,EXCHANGE RATE AND PASS THROUGH: TURKEY

Abstract

Fiyatlar genel duzeyindeki surekli yukselisler toplumda cesitli kulfetlere neden olmaktadır. Fiyat istikrarının piyasa ekonomisinin temel kosulu olması ve fiyatlar genel duzeyindeki yukselislerin toplumun her kesimini etkilemesi uzerine bu konuya ayrı bir ozen ve dikkat gosterilmistir. Bu nedenle her donemin okulları gunun kosulları ısığı altında cesitli gorusleri ile enflasyonun kaynağını acıklamaya calısmıslardır. Ulusal ekonomide enflasyon, faiz ve doviz kuru uc onemli fiyatlama araclarıdır. Bu fiyatlama aracları birbirlerine etki etmektedir. Enflasyon ile faiz oranı arasındaki iliski kimilerine gore enflasyon faiz oranına doğru, kimilerine gore de faiz oranından enflasyona doğrudur. Faiz oranı doviz kuru arasındaki iliskide ise faiz oranındaki yukselme ulusal parada guclenme yapabileceği gibi, zayıf parayı da ifade edebilir. Bu durum enflasyonist beklentilere bağlıdır. Enflasyon doviz kuru arasındaki iliskide ise doviz kurunda meydana gelen bir değisme yurtici fiyatlar uzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Doviz kurlarındaki değisimlerin ihracat ve ithalat fiyatlarını değistirerek yurtici fiyatlara yansıması pass-through olarak bilinmektedir. Bu calısmanın amacı enflasyon doviz kuru iliskisini Turkiye orneği ile incelemektir.
