BİLGİ YÖNETİMİNİN ALT YAPISI VE BİLGİ YÖNETİMİ PERFORMANSI: TÜRKİYE’DE BİR SAHA ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bilgi, küresel düzeyde yaşanmakta olan iktisadi ve sosyal
dönüşüm sürecinin merkezinde yer almakta ve gerek kuruluşların gerek
toplumların birbirlerine üstünlük elde etme mücadelesinde anahtar rol
oynamaktadır. Bilgi ekonomisinde en değerli üretim faktörü bilgidir. Bu
nedenle organizasyonlar açısından bilginin etkili yönetilmesi, uzun
vadeli rekabet avantajı elde etmenin en önemli unsurlarından biri olarak
değerlendirilmektedir. Bilgi yönetiminin organizasyona sağlayacağı
faydalar hem teorik hem de uygulama yönüyle detaylı biçimde ele
alınmış bu sahada pek çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Ancak bilgi yönetimi alt
yapı unsurlarının bilgi yönetimi performansına etkileri konusunda
yeterince çalışma yapılmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı bilgi
yönetiminin alt yapısını oluşturan faktörleri ortaya çıkarmak ve söz
konusu faktörlerin bilgi yönetimi performansına etkilerini ölçmektir. Bu
amaca yönelik olarak Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren yedi şirketten
toplanan veriler ışığında bir uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır.
