Abstract

Bu çalışma İzmir Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi 3.Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği’nde 2001-2002 yıllarında başvuran ve HELLP sendromu tanısı klinik ve laboratuar bulguları ile konulup tedavi altına alınan 13 vakanın retrospektif olarak araştırılmasıyla yapıldı. HELLP sendromunda doğru ayırıcı tanının yapılması ve erken tanının koyulması DIC ve hepatorenal yetmezlik gibi ciddi komplikasyonların gelişiminin önlemesinde son derece önemlidir. HELLP sendromunun semptomatik tedavisi annenin genel durumunun iyileştirilmesi bozulmuş hemodinamik dengelerin ve homokoagulasyonun stabil hale getirilmesidir. En önemli terapotik yaklaşım ise gestasyonel yaş göz önüne alınarak maternal ve fetal durumun değerlendirilmesine dayalı gebeliğin sonlandırılmasıdır

MEDİCAL AND EPIDEMIC APPROACH TO HELLP SYNDROME WHICH IS TREATED AND DIAGNOSED IN RECENT TWO YEARS

Abstract

This is a retrospective study, concerning the 13 patients whom diagnosed as HELLP syndrome and treated between 2001-2002 at third clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of İzmir Training and Research Hospital. True discrimination and early diagnose is very important for preventing severe complications such as DIC, renal failure and liver disorders. We focus on early recognition of symptoms of coagulopathy in combination with symptoms of preeclampsia especially on early detection on treatment of HELLP syndrome. According to gestational age early delivery is curative by evaluating the maternal and fetal state
