Bu araştırmada, İskenderun bölgesindeki taze su ürünlerininpazarlama yapısı incelenmiştir. Su ürünlerinin perakende satışını yapan işletmelerin, ürünlerini nasıl tedarik ettikleri vetüketiciye ne şekilde sundukları hakkında bilgiler edinilmeye çalışılmıştır. İşletmelerin pazarlama yapıları incelenirkenperakende ticaret yapan işletmelerin kendilerini nasıl tanımladıkları, tüketiciyesundukları ürünleri nasıl ve ne zaman temin ettikleri, ürün temininde karşılaşılanproblemler, ürünü ne kadar süreyle muhafaza ettikleri, ellerinde kalan ürününasıl değerlendirdikleri, ürünün fiyatını belirlerken neleri dikkate aldıkları,tüketicilerin ne tür ürünleri tercih ettikleri, faaliyet gelirlerini ağırlıklıolarak hangi ürünlerden elde ettikleri, rakip durumdaki diğer perakendeişletmelere güvenip güvenmedikleri, mesleğin tercih edilme sebepleri, meslekten memnuniyet dereceleri, işletmelerin geleceğe bakış açıları,pazarlama kanalları gibibirçok faktör incelenmiştir. Araştırmasonucunda, su ürünlerinin perakende ticaretiyle uğraşan işletmelerin en temelsorununun ürün tedarik zorluğu ve teminindeki düzensizlik olduğu anlaşılmıştır.İskenderun’da toptan balık halinin olmaması, mevcut perakende balıkçıpazarının ihtiyaca yetmemesi ve merkezden uzak olması diğer bir sorundur.Pazarlama hizmetleri, rekabet ve finansman açısından yetersizliklere sebepolduğu için pazarın saydam olmamasına neden olmaktadır. Bu durumgenel anlamda ilk üretici olan balıkçı ve son tüketiciye dezavantajoluşturmaktadır. Perakende esnafı, diğer taraflara nazaran daha fazlamemnuniyet göstermektedir.
In this study, fish marketing structure were investigated in Iskenderun.The information which is fishery products was obtained from businesses engagedin the retail sales which they supply and how they offer to customer. Duringstudy many factors have been examined in marketing. These factors are listed;retail trade enterprises engaged themselves describe, how they provide theconsumer the products when and how they procure, product supply problems in theproduct, how long kept their hands remaining in the product, how they evaluatethe product's price when determining what they consider the consumer what kindof products they prefer, which products are mainly operating income earned fromits competitors in case they trust other retail businesses, professionalreasons for the preference, the degree of satisfaction of the profession, thefuture perspectives of enterprises and marketing channels. The basic problemdealing with retail trade enterprises is difficulty of obtaining product andirregularities. Another problem is the lack of wholesale fish market,insufficient fish market and the current retail fishing is far from the citycenter. Marketing services, competition and financial terms to cause failureof the market leads to be transparent. This situation for the fisherman andconsumer, are disadvantages. Retail trades are satisfied compared to othersides.
