Submission Process
All submissions to the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences must be completed via the online submission system on DergiPark. Manuscripts sent via email or by third parties will not be accepted or processed.

Submission Steps
Step 1: Login or Register
- Visit the DergiPark website and log in.
- Ensure all authors are registered with their email addresses, affiliations, and ORCID iDs.
Step 2: Start a New Submission
- Click “Submit a Manuscript”.
- Select the appropriate article type (e.g., Research Article).
Step 3: Complete Metadata
Provide complete and accurate metadata for the manuscript, including:
- Article title
- Abstract
- Keywords
All author information:
- Full names
- Institutional affiliations
- Email addresses
- ORCID iDs
- References
Submissions with incomplete metadata will be returned for correction before processing.
Step 4: Upload Files
Upload the following documents in their respective sections:
- Manuscript file (Word format)
- Ethics Statement and Approval Form
- Author Declaration (Copyright) Form
- Suggested Reviewers Form
- Similarity Report (pdf format)
Step 5: Final Review and Submission
- Confirm all files and metadata are complete.
- Click “Submit” to finalize your submission.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your manuscript is successfully submitted.
Important Notes
- All authors must have approved the submission.
- Authorship changes (addition, removal, or order change) are not permitted after submission.
- Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere.
Post-Submission Workflow
1. Technical Check by editorial office
2. Initial Evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief
3. Double-blind Peer Review by at least two reviewers
4. Editorial Decision (accept, revise, or reject)
5. Revision Process (if applicable)
6. Final Decision and Scheduling for Publication
