Submission Process

All submissions to the International Journal of Agriculture, Environment and Food Sciences must be completed via the online submission system on DergiPark. Manuscripts sent via email or by third parties will not be accepted or processed.

Submission Steps

Step 1: Login or Register

• Visit the DergiPark website and log in with your credentials.
• Ensure that all authors are registered with valid email addresses, affiliations, and ORCID iDs.

Step 2: Start a New Submission

• Click “Submit a Manuscript” on the journal page.
• Select the appropriate article type (e.g., Research Article).

Step 3: Complete Metadata

Provide complete and accurate metadata for the manuscript, including:

• Article title
• Abstract
• Keywords (3–6 terms)
• Full author information (names, affiliations, emails, ORCID iDs)
• References (APA 7th Edition)

Submissions with incomplete metadata will be returned for correction before processing.

Step 4: Upload Files

Upload the following documents in their respective sections:

• Manuscript file (Word format)
• Ethics Statement and Approval Form
• Author Declaration (Copyright) Form

Step 5: Final Review and Submission

• Confirm that all files and metadata are complete and accurate.
• Click “Submit” to finalize your submission.
• A confirmation email will be sent once the submission is completed successfully.

Important Notes

• All authors must have reviewed and approved the submission.
• Authorship changes (addition, removal, or order changes) are not permitted after submission.
• Manuscripts must not be under review or published elsewhere.
• Only one submission per manuscript is allowed; duplicate submissions will be withdrawn.

Post-Submission Workflow

1. Technical Check by the editorial office (format, files, metadata)
2. Initial Evaluation by the Editor-in-Chief (scope, priority, ethics)
3. Double-blind Peer Review by at least two independent reviewers
4. Editorial Decision (accept, revise, reject)
5. Revision Process (if applicable; authors must submit responses to reviewers)
6. Final Decision and Scheduling for publication
