                                                                                                                        <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>Bu çalışmada gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss)’nın yeni döllenmiş ve gözlenmiş yumurtalarıkullanılmıştır. Kuluçka döneminde meydana gelen kayıpların önlenmesi için faklıalternatif dezenfektanlar denenmiştir.Bu amaçla, yumurtalar, 500 ml hacme sahip modifiye zuger şişelerinde 100adet olacak şekilde inkübe edilmiştir. Beş farklı gruba ayrılan yumurtalarasirke, sodyum hidroksit (NaOH), formalin ve Phytolaccaamericana bitkisinin meyvesinden elde edilen ekstraktın farklı iki dozuuygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubu oluşturulmuş ve tüm gruplar arasındakifarklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Statik uygulama ve sisteme sürekli taze suakışı sağlanan iki farklı uygulama yapılmış ve ışık geçirmeyen inkübasyonhunileri içerisinde yumurtalar alevin evresine gelene kadar takipedilmişlerdir. Sonuçlar, alabalık yumurta inkübasyonunda NaOH uygulamasınınölümleri azaltıcı etkisinin olduğunu, buna karşın diğer uygulamaların formalinuygulamasına alternatif olabilecek etkide olmadığını göstermiştir.</p></trans-abstract>
