Policy - Publication Frequency of Periodicals

The Journal of AI (JAI) publishes one regular issue a year. The issue of the journal is published continuously, but when the maximum number of articles determined by the editorial board for the issue reaches the maximum number of articles, no new articles will be added to the issue. In addition, when the end of the year is reached, the acceptance of articles for the issue is stopped and the issue is completed. The issue is published online with the first accepted article and then when a new article is accepted, it is added to the current issue.

JAI can publish special issue(s) about specific research themes each year. The journal is also open to collaboration with technical committees in the associated field. These special issues can have their own editors and editorial board. Specific calls for these issues are announced six to twelve months before. The publication policies and evaluation processes are strictly followed for all issues.
