Abstract

Hepatit B
virüsüne (HBV) karşı aşılama HBV enfeksiyonlarını azaltmak için önemlidir. HBV
aşısı diğer aşılara kıyasla daha güvenli olmasına rağmen birçok yan etki ile
ilişkili bulunmuştur. Otoimmün
ve nörolojik bozukluklar aşıyı takiben gelişebilmektedir. Multipl skleroz
sıklıkla bildirilmesine rağmen nörit, myastenia gravis, Guillain–Barre sendromu,
febril ve afebril konvulziyonlar da görülebilmektedir. Burada HBV aşısı sonrası
3. günde febril konvulziyon geçiren 35 günlük kız olgu sunuldu. HBV aşısı
güvenli olmasına rağmen gelişebilecek komplikasyonlar açısından dikkatli olunmalıdır.
