Anomali of left main coronary artery arising from the right sinus of valsalva

Abstract

Anomalous left main coronary artery arising from the right sinus of valsalva is a very rare congenital anomaly. It is important to recognize because it can lead to dangerous clinical situations such as sudden death. In this report, we present a case of single coronary artery in which left main coronary artery originating from the right sinus of valsalva and crossing aorta posteriorly. Abstract

Sağ sinüs valsalvadan çıkan sol ana koroner arter anomalisi oldukça nadir görülen bir koroner anomalidir. Ani ölüm gibi tehlikeli klinik durumlara yol açabildiğinden tanınması önemlidir. Bu yazıda sol ana koronerin sağ sinüs valsalvadan çıktıktan sonra anterior seyir izleyip aortanın arkasında dolaştığı tek koroner arter anomalisi sunulmaktadır.
