                                                                                                <abstract><p>Atopik dermatit çoğunlukla solunum yolu alerjileri ile ilişkili,  kronik, yineleyen, kaşıntılı inflamatuvar bir deri hastalığıdır.  Son 30 yılda prevelansı sanayileşmiş ülkelerde iki ya da üç kat  artmıştır. Hastalığın etiyolojisi tam olarak bilinmemesine rağ- men, gen-gen ve gen çevre etkileşimlerinden kaynaklandığı  düşünülmektedir. Bu makalede atopik dermatitin patogenezi,  kliniği, tanı ve yeni tedavi yöntemleri sunulmuştur</p></abstract>

                            <p>Atopic dermatitis is a chronically relapsing inflammatory  pruritis disease commonly associated with respiratory allergy.  The prevalence of disease has doubled or tripled in industria- lized countries during the past three decades. Although etio- logy of disease is not completely understood, it is considered  that the disease arises from gene-gene and gene-environment  interactions.
