Abstract

Akut karaciğer yetmezliği, çocukluk çağında önemli bir sorundur. Bu durumun tanımı, hastanın takibi, ne zamana kadar genel pediyatri uzmanı, hangi aşamada pediyatrik gastroenteroloji uzmanının görüşünün alınması ve ne zaman hastanın karaciğer nakli tedavisi yapılabilen bir merkeze sevkinin gerektiği ve akut karaciğer yetersizliğinin genel hatları, aşağıda soru cevap halinde özetlenmiştir

Acute liver failure in pediatric age group is a significant, life threatening condition, requiring urgent attention. In this article, we want to discuss the definition of the condition, follow-up of the patient, the stage at which opinion of the general pediatrician or pedi- atric gastroentelogist should be taken, and referral of the patient with acute liver failure to a transplantation center, in case of need
