Abstract

Iatrogenic esophageal perforation in neonates is a rare but serious complication that can occur during medical interventions. Early diagnosis and intervention are of vital importance. In recent years, surgical treatment has been replaced by conservative approaches. In this article, three cases of esophageal perforation that developed during the insertion of an orogastric (O/G) tube are presented.
