İstanbul-Küçüksu Kasrı’nda Anobium punctatum (De Geer, 1774)’un Zararları ve Fumigasyon Uygulamaları

Abstract

Milli Saraylar Daire Başkanlığı’na bağlı Küçüksu Kasrı’nda yapılan uygulamalarda ahşap yapı
elemanlarında ve mobilyalarda Anobium punctatum (De Geer, 1774) (Coleoptera: Anobiidae) zararının
önlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Küçüksu Kasrı’nda iki farklı fumigasyon uygulaması yapılmıştır.
İpek, deri, yün, tekstil, tablo vb. hassas objeler “Değiştirilmiş Atmosfer” yöntemi ile karbondioksit ilave
edilmiş azot gazı kullanılarak, gaz-geçirmez PVC küp içinde fumige edilmiştir. Binanın fumigasyonunda
ise “Kontrollü Hacim Fumigasyonu” yöntemiyle, karbondioksit ilave edilmiş metil bromür gazı
kullanılmıştır. Uygulamalarda ortama enfekteli ahşap bloklar ve test böcekleri konularak sonuçlar
değerlendirilmiştir. Her iki fumigasyon uygulamasında da %100 ölüm gerçekleşmiştir.
