                                                                                                <abstract><p>The use of adsorbents, which are naturally formed in nature or created in a laboratory environment, in agriculture, industry, and daily life is increasing day by day. It is possible to classify adsorbents according to different criteria, however in this study, they are considered natural and synthetic adsorbents. Considering the laborious and costly preparation of synthetic adsorbents in the laboratory environment, and the abundance, cheap costs, and accessibility of the natural adsorbents in Turkey, it is necessary for our country to have an important place in the world markets, by establishing eco-friend, clean, and high-tech production facilities and orienting towards natural adsorbents.</p></abstract>
