                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Objectives: In this study, efforts were made to explore the nature and pattern of reproductive health of women and to find out the barriers to their reproductive health. Methods: The study area was purposively selected, and the areas were wards 17 (Nobinogor) and 18 (Alamin Moholla &amp;amp; Sonadanga) in Khulna City Corporation of Bangladesh. Respondents were selected by using simple random sampling. By using the survey method, the duration of data collection was from September to October 2023 along with the sample size was 322. Results: The results show that most respondents experienced ovarian insufficiency, uterine fibroids, shortness of breath, and weakened immune systems. Many participants also experienced infertility, which included menopause, osteoporosis, and respiratory illnesses. Regarding the obstacles that most respondents had a moderate opinion. In addition, most respondents had difficulties meeting their health demands. During this time, most respondents knew only a moderate amount about healthcare. The respondents&#039; age (p&amp;lt;0.05), living arrangement (p &amp;lt;0.001), household income (p&amp;lt;0.05), savings (p&amp;lt;0.04), and spouses&#039; age were all statistically significant factors in their ability to access family planning. Furthermore, the number of children (0.273**), the income of the respondents’ spouses (0.129**), and the head of the households of the respondents were also statistically significant (0.122**) with the most common issues and cases the respondents suffered. Conclusion: To mitigate these barriers and challenges, it is essential for the government and policymakers to implement appropriate initiatives.</p></abstract>
