<p>After physical realization of memristor in 2008, memristors are found wide application area in circuit designs. Memristor has superior properties such as to have memory behavior, to show nonlinear characteristics and to have ultra-dense structure. In this study, chaotic circuit is built using electronically controllable memristor circuit. As expected, chaotic behavior of circuit is successfully obtained. Additionally, the change of the chaotic behavior of the circuit according to the different OTA (Operational Transconductance Amplifier) currents is analyzed to the end of the study.</p></trans-abstract>
